OUR PRODUCTS
The products from our farm and small businesses in the area, which you can taste in our restaurant, are on sale at the shop at reception. If you have already tasted them and would like some delivered to your home, you can request this by e-mail.
You can choose between our home-grown lentils, barley, chickling vetch, chickpeas and organic soups, and cheese, hams and salami processed according to the traditional age-old methods of Norcia.
Alongside these products are also jams, mountain honey, wines and spirits of Umbrian tradition.
